**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Director to lead our operations and sales teams at Centrum Home Decor Inc. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and drive business growth.

**Job Summary**

The Senior Executive Director will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, establishing objectives for the organization, and formulating or approving policies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in this field and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. They will also be organized, a team player, and collaborative. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Provide staff training.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years or more of experience in operations management, sales, brand management, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized, team player, and collaborative.

**Work Environment**

This is a hybrid work environment, with the option to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have the necessary equipment for remote work, including internet and a home office.
