Job Title: Executive Director

Canadian Printing Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the company in official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
  • Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
