Turf Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Turf Care Technician to join our team at Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, British Columbia. As a key member of our Turf Care department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of golf course quality and ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair golf course equipment, including mowers, string trimmers, and bunker rakes.
- Perform daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure the golf course looks its best.
- Work collaboratively with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following all Health and Safety procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of golf course maintenance practices and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
