Responsibilities:

* Administer bedside and personal care
* Administer medications
* Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
* Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
* Feed or assist in feeding
* Launder clothing and household linens
* Mend clothing and linens
* Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
* Plan therapeutic diets and menus
* Provide companionship
* Provide personal care
* Shop for food and household supplies
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals
* Cook

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* First Aid Certificate
* Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
* Ability to work in an urban area
* Ability to work in employer's/client's home
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* Ability to handle heavy loads
* Ability to sit for extended periods
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Ability to walk
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work with clients with Alzheimer's disease, elderly, females, persons with a disability, and persons with physical disabilities
* Ability to work with confidential information
* Ability to work with reference checks
* Ability to work with security clearances
* Ability to work with a criminal record check
