Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Mazaferro is seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
  • Encourage clients to participate in regular exercise and activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
