Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at WYNYARD DOLLAR STORE LIMITED. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balances
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
