Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Embassy Transportation Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our goods production, utilities, and construction departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the transportation or construction industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
