Job Title: Associate Director

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Global Banking and Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sales activities related to the distribution of fixed income cash and derivative products in the primary and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define client strategy and market derivative products.
  • Provide expert advice on derivative products and hedging solutions to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior-level clients and partners.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment and promote an inclusive work culture.
Requirements:
  • University degree from a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Product knowledge in Latin American markets and/or Project Finance an asset.
  • All applicable regulatory registrations.
