About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and provide support to residents with their leisure activities.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $24.99 and comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Our employees also have access to virtual healthcare 24/7 and a RRSP program with employer matching.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a valid Personal Support Worker Acute Care diploma or Provincial Personal Care Worker course. You must also be able to work flexible hours and shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

We value continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. If you have previous experience working with the elderly in long-term care or senior living environments, that is an asset.
