Cybersecurity Governance Specialist

As a key member of the GRC cybersecurity team at Transat A.T Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization meet its compliance requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and monitoring the various business risks that may impact our company.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating activities with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure the objectives of our cybersecurity program are met. You will also be responsible for managing and responding to requests from business units to assess risks and provide cybersecurity recommendations.
A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity. You will possess a strong mastery of risk analysis concepts, cybersecurity laws and compliances, and external and internal attack techniques. A recognized cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or GIAC is also required.
As a team player, you will work collaboratively with our Project Management Office to ensure that solutions comply with corporate security standards and policies. Your ability to work remotely in a hybrid mode (office and home) will be an asset in this role.
Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in French is a requirement for positions in Quebec. You will be expected to communicate and collaborate frequently in both languages with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
