About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment and machinery.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stay up-to-date with safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
