Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Dahua Agriculture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as loading and unloading crates and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops in a floriculture production environment
  • Harvest crops and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
  • Mix and prepare soils for optimal crop growth
  • Follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
