At Avis Budget Car Rentals, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure optimal productivity
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
* Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
