Production Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our production team at Schramm's Woodcraft Ltd.
Work Site Environment- Dusty environment with regular exposure to wood particles and other debris.
- Noisy environment with constant machinery operation.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
- Inspect and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed.
- Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work.
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
- Standing for extended periods and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Initiative and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
