Master Flo Valve Inc. is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing sales and customer service functions related to parts and OTS products
  • Reviewing customers' commercial and technical specifications
  • Supplying customers with quotations and processing purchase orders
  • Acting as liaison with customers and supporting regional offices
  • Processing product returns and coordinating with internal teams
  • Supporting the Aftermarket Services Team as required

Qualifications:

  • Technology Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or sales
  • Demonstrated judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of Production Chokes, Specialty Control Valves, and their applications preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or other ERP systems
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
