We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to join our team at Private Company. As the Senior Director of Engagement, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping customer engagement strategies and guiding the creation and implementation of initiatives that prioritize customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Journey Analysis: Evaluate the customer journey to discover ways to boost engagement at every stage. Create onboarding processes, training resources, and support tools that enable customers to fully leverage our technology solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and customer support to align engagement initiatives with broader business goals.
