Data Management Operations Manager

Magna International is looking for a seasoned professional to lead its supplier management operations. As a key member of the company's global team, you will be responsible for driving the governance of the supplier management function, ensuring administration, operations, and organization of the department are cohesive, efficient, and effective.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft suite of applications, Power BI, and other analysis and reporting applications. They will also have training or experience in key manufacturing elements such as quality, logistics, trade, tooling, and processes.

Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with set standards, providing routine and ad-hoc KPIs, statistics, and reports, suggesting practical solutions, alternatives, and improvements to supplier management execution, and providing consistent regional and global support and engagement to Magna corporate, cross-functional, and group stakeholders and suppliers.

The selected candidate will work closely with all staff, particularly Regional Managers and Purchasing Leads, and report directly to the VP. They will lead the operating model supporting the Supplier Management leaders and coordinating support to the Group and Corp operational teams.
