Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and coach the team in identifying clients' financial needs and promoting Bank products and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete various mandates and projects.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel management and coaching.
• Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) title is an asset.
