About the Role:

FYidoctors is seeking a skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet patients as they enter our clinic
  • Check patients in and out of the office
  • Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Bill patients, their medical service providers, and other third parties
  • Administer pre-testing services
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service using your charisma and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technology
  • A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
