About the Role

The Senior Manager, Knowledge Integration will lead the firm's Knowledge Integration function, maintaining and developing precedents, and managing adoption of knowledge asset development and governance.

This role will also involve leading transformational projects, including document management, document automation, intranet, and internal and external collaboration platforms. The successful candidate will understand the needs of senior firm decision-makers and users, support projects with objective data, and act on knowledge and business needs through consultation with key SMEs and steering committees.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree, minimum 8 years of experience as an SME and project/program or process leader operating cross-functionally, including expertise with multiple work streams and organizational change management. They will also have 6-8 years of experience in data innovation, knowledge management, change management, and design.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on qualifications and location.
