About the Role

The Vice President, Institutional Sales will play a crucial role in leading and shaping the growth of our Institutional service offering. You will secure new institutional client business and build relationships with key decision-makers within these institutions and understand their complex investment needs.

You will work with institutional investors to identify appropriate solutions to meet their investment needs while working closely with their finance committees and consultants. This Ontario-based position follows a hybrid work model that includes in-office work, field travel, and remote work from home.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Securing new institutional client business and building relationships with key decision-makers within these institutions.
  • Developing and strengthening client relationships and building new relationships via client referrals, centers of influence, networking and other business development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Canadian financial service industry including institutional sales.
  • CFA or CIM designation is an asset as registration in an advising role with a provincial securities commission is required.
  • French language skills considered an asset.
