About Concert Properties

Putting people first is at the heart of the Concert Properties story. Founded in 1989, Concert Properties aims to deliver attractive, long-term returns for its owners, create jobs using skilled construction union labor, and give back to the communities where it works. The company has grown and diversified into a real estate corporation owned by 49 union and management pension plans and institutional investors that represent over 200,000 Canadians. In addition to its core real estate business, Concert Properties supports Concert Infrastructure, an entity that invests in, develops, and manages critical public infrastructure projects across Canada.

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Information, Systems & Technology (IST) is a key strategic leadership role. This position combines managing the overall IT strategy and operations with leading innovation efforts in digital technologies to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience. This role involves leading the evolution of technology infrastructure, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and data analytics. The SVP of IST will support both Concert Properties and Concert Infrastructure to ensure aligned technology strategies.

The preferred candidate will be a successful information technology executive with experience in strategy and execution, partnering with and delivering services to different operating divisions. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives, manage large-scale technology programs, and possess strong project management and digital skills. Experience leading an ERP update and overseeing cybersecurity is ideal.

Based in Vancouver, this is an exciting opportunity for a progressive systems and technology leader to join one of the most respected real estate companies in Canada.
