About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Moody Glazing Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
