About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Construction & Forestry division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's equipment supply meets the needs of market demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, providing updates to senior management and inventory teams on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with inventory teams to monitor inventory levels and generate new orders when required.
  • Perform root-cause-analysis of demand-related issues and provide counsel for resolutions.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
  • Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in demand planning / forecasting, data analysis or other related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
  • Experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.
  • Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Above average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry experience in the equipment dealer or construction industry.
