Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Construction & Forestry division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's equipment supply meets the needs of market demand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, providing updates to senior management and inventory teams on a regular basis.
- Work closely with inventory teams to monitor inventory levels and generate new orders when required.
- Perform root-cause-analysis of demand-related issues and provide counsel for resolutions.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Previous experience in demand planning / forecasting, data analysis or other related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
- Experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.
- Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Above average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.
- Industry experience in the equipment dealer or construction industry.
