Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise products, including facing, cleaning sections, product rotation, and installation of displays.
  • Identify marketing opportunities through techniques such as cross-merchandising and mass merchandising.
  • Read and execute planograms as necessary.
  • Perform daily reports, including taking pictures of work done, through our mobile reporting app.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with store managers.
  • Execute special mandates required by clients, such as audits and displays.
Requirements
  • Must have a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 15 kgs.
  • Ability to cover your territory, with mileage reimbursement policy applicable.
