Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at TIMBERLEA PHARMACY LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring effective implementation of policies and programs.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources (human, financial, and material) to support the organization's objectives and goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Office to support organizational operations.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including criminal record checks.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as flexibility, judgment, and organizational abilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
