Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at TIMBERLEA PHARMACY LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring effective implementation of policies and programs.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, including a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, flexibility, judgment, organization, and teamwork.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
