Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Redi-Plumbing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the accounting department
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends
  • Co-ordinate and review work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, Xero, and Sage Accounting Software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions
