Our Commercial, Estates and Civil Litigation Department

Offers a wide range of services to our clients, including proceedings and private arbitrations related to shareholder and partnership disputes, real property disputes, claims for breaches of contract, injunctions, construction, negligence, challenges to Wills and Powers of Attorney, as well as providing general civil and commercial litigation advice to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced litigation lawyer with 2-6 years of experience to join our Commercial, Estates and Civil Litigation Department. To be successful, you will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients in various commercial and civil law matters
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Law degree from a recognized institution
  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial and civil law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team
