We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation lawyer with 2-6 years of experience to join our Commercial, Estates and Civil Litigation Department. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of services to clients, including proceedings and arbitrations related to shareholder and partnership disputes, real property disputes, claims for breaches of contract, injunctions, construction, negligence, challenges to Wills and Powers of Attorney, as well as general civil and commercial litigation advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and conduct of complex commercial and civil litigation cases
  • Providing expert advice on matters related to shareholder and partnership disputes, real property disputes, claims for breaches of contract, injunctions, construction, negligence, challenges to Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Collaborating with other lawyers and support staff to achieve case goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience as a litigation lawyer
  • Degree in Law from a recognized institution
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
