As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently managing shipments and packages to serve our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize GCA scanners for all required activities with 100% scanning compliance.
  • Handle parcels and shipments with care and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages, with repetitive lifting as needed.
  • Sort packages to route efficiently.
  • Contribute to general warehouse cleaning and organization.
  • Compile and analyze operation reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Comply with the collective agreement and adhere to safety and health measures.
Accountabilities/Results:
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through professional representation and proactive issue resolution.
  • Interact effectively with warehouse and operation teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures as outlined by supervisors.
  • Complete other duties as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high school education.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
