At Deer Ridge Family Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed
- Order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate course of treatment
- Consult with other medical professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
- Provide patient education and counseling on healthy habits and disease prevention
- Participate in health care policy and planning to improve patient outcomes
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
