Pine Creek Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Family Physician to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals to identify diseases and injuries.
- Examine patients' health conditions to provide accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
- Participate in health care policy and planning to improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff and ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic.
- Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health-related information to government authorities.
- Provide emergency care and acute management services as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Criminal record check
- Child Abuse Registry check
- Immunization records
- Basic security clearance
- Adult Abuse Registry check
- Vulnerable sector check
