Job Title: Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Boutcher Holdings Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, as well as maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods for customers.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and maintain accurate records of food usage.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, and communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks.
