Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
