Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visual appeal and maximize sales
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train on the job
  • Computer and technology skills: Internet, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Transportation: Own transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
