Executive Chef

At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
In addition to your culinary skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas

- Clean kitchen and work areas
