Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearCivil Engineer Job Description

As a civil engineer at AMIRI BUILDING ENGINEERING INC dba 120 DEGREEZ, you will have the opportunity to work on various municipal engineering projects, including institutional and municipal infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing stormwater management structures, sewer systems, waterworks, and roadways, as well as planning excavation and grading work.
  • Coordinating technical aspects of projects with design technicians, other disciplines involved, the customer, and third parties.
  • Preparing technical specifications, tender documents, construction cost estimates, and various studies (specific techniques, feasibility, and preliminary design).
  • Planning work phases and schedules.
  • Assisting the project manager with management tasks, carrying out occasional site visits, and providing follow-up (technical assistance) from the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field.
  • Good command of written and spoken French.
  • ASP Construction card or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
