Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dominion Tours Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing general ledgers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare general ledgers and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments
- Collect payments from debtors and maintain accurate records
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data
- Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
