Job Description

Cummings Convenience is seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign tasks to sales staff and monitor their performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Working Conditions

This position requires:

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Walking and moving around the store
  • Lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
