Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Atlantic Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
