Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Atlantic Motel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
