About the Role

The HR Business Solutions Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic use of HR technology solutions at PCL Construction. This individual will oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR technology strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR system requirements.
  • Lead project teams to deploy new HR system features and modules.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance through the establishment of data policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through core system functionality within HR operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM system or similar HR technology platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of leading change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent networking, partnership, and stakeholder management skills.
