Job Title: Amusement Cashier - The Rec Room Experience

Job Summary:

Cineplex Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Amusement Cashier to join our team at The Rec Room Roundhouse in Toronto, Ontario. As an Amusement Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and entertainment experiences to our guests, ensuring all transactions are accurate and adhering to our company's standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and entertainment experiences to guests
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Upsell retail items and prizing, educating guests on the benefits and features
  • Manage the counter and its contents, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment
  • Effectively handle and relay guest inquiries, questions, and concerns to supervisors
  • Work varied shifts, including alone for full shifts, and bend and lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

  • Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail
  • Some experience with customer service is preferred
  • Quick addition skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage a counter and its contents
