Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, counters, and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and interact with customers from all walks of life. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
