Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Novin Commercial Exchange Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical expertise to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and solicit potential clients to promote our products and services.
  • Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet clients' expectations.
  • Provide input into product design to tailor our offerings to clients' specific needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and technical fields is an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
