We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commerce Operations team as a Business Operations Intern. As a key member of our team, you will support the development and implementation of business operations initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and communication of global initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to create reports and perform analysis to track activity recording, portfolio, and investment tracking.
- Capture meeting minutes, action items, and decisions, and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule project meetings and ensure the presence of appropriate stakeholders.
- Support operations teams as a project support/manager to ensure commitments are executed on time and milestones are accomplished.
Requirements:
- University students with experience gained in a software/IT environment.
- Good knowledge of agile frameworks is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to think creatively and disrupt the status quo.
