Efficient Inventory Management

We are seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at GardaWorld. This is a full-time temporary position with an estimated salary of $18-21 per hour, plus benefits.

About the Role:

This role involves efficiently managing inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the inventory team to process orders, receive shipments, and manage returns. Having a strong work ethic and attention to detail is essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Orders and Shipments: Assist the inventory team in processing orders and receiving shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage Returns: Ensure that returns are processed efficiently and effectively to minimize financial losses.
  • Identify Financial Bleed: Use your analytical skills to identify areas where financial bleed can be minimized.
  • Communicate Effectively: Proactively communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Technical or security experience is a plus
  • Physically able to lift boxes and climb ladders
  • Frugal attitude towards company spending
  • Strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment with periodic weekend or evening work expected.
