Job Summary:

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our logistics team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the warehouse team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse operations management role.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
