Job Title: Parts Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team at Desjardins Ste-Adele Marine Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling parts and accessories to customers, advising on product selection, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Sell and order parts and accessories for customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
  • Assist service technicians with their parts needs
  • Participate in the cleanliness of the parts department
  • Perform other tasks related to the proper functioning of the department
Requirements:
  • Experience or training in a related parts department or adequate training (mechanics, parts clerk) an asset
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to manage several files at the time
  • Ability to manage periods of stress
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork
  • Computer skills
  • Autonomy
  • French and English spoken and written (an asset)
  • Knowledge of LAUTOPAK software (an asset)
